STYCCOBOND B90

STYCCOBOND B90 is a PVA emulsion adhesive for jointing wood, blockboard, chipboard and tongue and groove wood flooring. It conforms to Durability class D3 of BS EN204.
It can also be used for bonding the headers of solid wood flooring and engineered boards (semi-solids).
STYCCOBOND B90 dries to a colourless transparent film and is protected against bio-degradation.
TOOLS
Brush or suitable applicator for applying a bead of adhesive. Tools should be cleaned with water while the adhesive is still wet.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION
Joint surfaces should be sound,dry,dust free and free from contamination. Apply evenly to one surface only. Assemble the bond whilst the adhesive is still wet and apply pressure by clamping or weighting to maintain a tight joint until the adhesive has dried, at least 24 hours depending on temperature and absorbency of the surfaces.
The temperature should be maintained above 10°C during application.
PRECAUTIONS
Remove any surplus adhesive before it has dried with a cloth dampened with water.
STORAGE
Store between 5°C and 30°C. Protect from frost.
SHELF LIFE
12 months in unopened containers and stored under good conditions.
