TYCCOBOND F44

TYCCOBOND F44 is a solvent free acrylic emulsion adhesive, which is designed to give a high bond strength, strong initial tack and a long open time. It is protected against bio-degradation and is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating installations.
STYCCOBOND F44 can be used for securing vinyl sheet and tile floorcoverings to EN654, EN649 and EN651; rubber floorcoverings and some textile floorcoverings with PVC and polyurethane foam backings.

Tested in accordance with IMO FTP Code procedures, STYCCOBOND F44 is in compliance with the Merchant Shipping (Marine Equipment) Regulations 2016, S.I. 2016/1025, and the Marine Equipment Directive 2014/90/EU, and approved for use as an adhesive for flooring applications only. STYCCOBOND F44 can be applied to STOPGAP smoothing underlayments, structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors of concrete and sand/cement screed, plywood, flooring grade chipboard and hardboard.
STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes and sound flooring grade asphalt must be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm of the appropriate STOPGAP smoothing underlayment.
